Enjoy a day on the Huzzah River, which runs through the front of the property and the Mark Twain National Forest connected to the back of the property. Three pastures have been converted from grazing land to a planting of native grasses and wildflowers.

The river has a large gravel bar for wading, hanging out, or just sitting quietly as the water flows by.
