It's founder, Mike Dugan is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with nearly twenty years of experience in the building construction industry and a lifetime of experience working with his hands. Dugan has experience working on various projects, large and small, world wide, from jet engine test cells in Milan, Italy to private residences in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. That experience, coupled with the typical Midwestern "work-ethic" and the comimitment to excellence in design and execution combines to make for high quality results.
Gary Pederson, the company's General Manager is a degreed accountant with nearly fifteen years of experience in financial and project management. The Pederson family has been involved in the contracting and construction business for over forty years. Further experience in lighting, control, communications and sound system design plus an acute sense of color, texture and spatial relationships rounds out Pederson's expertise.
